- All cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms & conditions of the respective service provider (airline, bus operator, hotel, etc.).
- EytTravel acts as an intermediary. We facilitate requests but cannot override provider policies.
- Refund amounts, eligibility, and timelines depend on the provider’s rules.
1.1 General Cancellation Policy
- 25% cancellation charge if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in.
- 50% cancellation charge if cancelled within 30 days before check-in.
- 75% cancellation charge if cancelled within 15 days before check-in.
- 100% cancellation charge if cancelled within 7 days before check-in.

3. Cancellation Charges
- Air Tickets: Airline charges + EytTravel service fee (if applicable).
- Bus Tickets: Operator charges + EytTravel service fee.
- Hotels: Hotel’s cancellation policy applies.
- Holiday Packages: Package-specific cancellation terms apply.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are initiated after confirmation from the service provider.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–15 working days (provider/bank delays may extend this).
5. No-Show Policy
No-shows are generally non-refundable unless specified by the provider.
6. Force Majeure
In cases like natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, provider policies will apply. EytTravel will assist with claims but cannot guarantee refunds.
7. Disputes
Unresolved refund issues may be escalated to the provider or consumer dispute authorities in your jurisdiction.
